LEADING BRAKE CALIPER ENHANCEMENT
Our brake caliper painting has been perfected over the years, using a very specific high temperature paint, not available as a DIY option, which allows for a smooth, glossy and highly durable paint finish.
We offer a huge array of colour options in both standard and metallic colours, if you have a specific colour in mind or would like to match any of the other accents on the car we can replicate existing colours or you can choose any RAL colour code that you desire.
This upgrade is a must for any tired looking or worn calipers and complete any vehicle customisation projects.

We complete every set of freshly painted caliper with a set custom decals of your choice, typically we install manufacturer or aftermarket decals for an OEM look.
OUR REFURB PROCESS
As your car ages the hard work your brake callipers do can start to show with the build up of iron from your brakes which in-turn can start to tarnish the calipers finish and compromise the look of your vehicle.
Every vehicle that arrives with us here goes through this stringent procedure to ensure the same high level of finish;
- Vehicle is cleaned (if your booking is only in for Caliper painting we may only concentrate on this area)
- Vehicle is lifted using vehicle ramp or axle stands
- Alloy wheels are removed.
- Callipers are degreased, wire brushed to remove rust and throughly cleaned to prepare to the calliper for its new colour.
- The area around the brake calliper is masked up using protective paper to prevent over spray on the brake disc and inner wheel arch.
- Base coat of your selected paint colour applied and allowed to touch dry.
- Second coat of paint colour applied and allowed to touch dry.
- Final clear coat of gloss or satin lacquer applied.
- 24hrs of drying time allowed for paint to harden.
- Masking removed to reveal the new finish.
- Quality checks carried out (process repeated if necessary)
- Custom or Manufacture Decals added
- At this point we do recommend Ceramic Coating your freshly painted Calipers, this will aid with future maintenance and keep them looking their best for as long as possible with higher chemical resistance.
- Wheels re-installed, car lowered and wheel nuts torqued up to manufacture specification.
- Your vehicle is ready for collection.
Caliper Decals
Our in-house design team can create any custom or manufacturer decal you would like to add to your freshly painted calipers. We have most manufacturer and aftermarket decals on file to complete your desired look.

We allow 2 working days for this process to ensure enough time with your vehicle for all steps to be carried out properly.
If you are having this work done along side a vehicle wrap or other service this will affect the time needed with your vehicle.

Adding Gyeon RIM Ceramic Coating to your freshly enhanced Calipers will provide a robust hydrophobic top coat to the surface.
This coating also add chemical resistance to help reduce the build up of dirt, break dust and hard to remove stains, making them much easier to clean and maintain.
